HPP Man HPP Experiments

Experiments

What we do at the Lifelong Brain & Cognition Lab is run a variety of experiments which investigate human perception, attention, and performance. Most of our studies take one to two hours to complete and pay $8 per hour. However, some studies may pay more depending on the task. The tasks are usually very simple, such as responding to stimuli presented on a computer screen (or elsewhere) with one or two computer keys.

We also offer studies that involve recording eye movements, brain electrical waves (electroencephalogram), brain structure and function (structural and functional MRI), and performing tasks in a driving simulator.

How can you participate? Review the general study requirements listed below, depending on your age group. If you qualify, click on the link to fill out our informational screening questionnaire. A lab researcher will contact you promptly about any current experiments for which you qualify.

Also, you can check out our news page to find out if we are currently recruiting for specific studies.
